Is Substack Still Worth It?
Slow and steady growth is still growth
I’ve written a few stories in the past about my experiences with Substack. I still don’t have any plans to make money off of Substack. I’m just about writing and sharing content with people who are interested in the same things I do.
I didn’t have too many new subscribers. In fact I actually lost a couple. Then suddenly I started getting new ones. Not many but randomly I would get a few. I was surprised to see that the Subscription source was “Google” and “Post Page Subscriber Prompt.” It’s pretty fascinating to see how people discover your content!
I can’t deny that I’ve been pretty concerned that I won’t have too many more subscribers. It’s clear to me that the key to building an audience is to make sure that I write articles that are of interest to my target readers.
Currently, my most viewed article is about which comic app was the best one to read the famous manhwa series, Solo Leveling, on. Studying how which stories got me the most views will undoubtedly help me build my audience further.
